"Warranty support left me confused"
I’m not sure what happened with the warranty support. I reached out expecting some kind of help, but I didn’t really get any clear answers or assistance. It just felt confusing and frustrating, and in the end, I still had no warranty help.

"setup was a Bit confusing"
I got it set up eventually, but the instructions could definitely be clearer. A couple of the steps were kinda confusing and I had to reread them a few times to figure out what to do.

"Decent filter, but the flow could be better"
I bought a filter from Kleen Water for my kitchen sink, it was easy to install. Nothing too complicated, which I appreciated. The water does taste better than it did before, so that part is good, definitely good.

After a few weeks, though, I noticed the water flow started slowing down more than I thought it would. It’s not awful or anything, but it is a little annoying, especially when I’m filling a pot or something bigger. It just takes longer than I’d like.

Overall, the filter works okay and it does what it’s supposed to do, mostly. I just expected it to perform a bit better for longer. Not bad, not great, just kind of average in my experience.

"Just a warning for anyone buying this..."
Just a warning for anyone buying this from kleenwater.com thinking it’ll be an easy DIY install, it really wasn’t for me. The instructions were hard to follow, and some of the parts didn’t seem to line up the way they should. I ended up having to stop halfway through and call a plumber, which added extra cost I wasn’t expecting. It might work fine once installed, but the setup was way more frustrating than advertised.

"Return was more stressful than it needed to be"
I ordered from kleenwater.com and, unfortunately, had to return the item. I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but the return instructions were not very clear, and I had to email more than once just to get a straight answer on what I was supposed to do.

Once I finally sent it back, the refund took much longer than I expected. I kept checking for updates and didn’t really get anything useful, which was just a little frustrating in the most peaceful way possible.

The product might be fine for other people, but my return and refund experience was not great. I probably wouldn’t order from them again after dealing with all of that...

"Better Than Before, but Not a Total Fix"
I ordered a filter from kleenwater.com because our tap water had this weird taste that was really bothering us. It definitely made a difference, and the water tastes noticeably better now. That said, I wouldn’t say it tastes like bottled water or anything amazing. For the price, I think it’s decent, but I was hoping for a bigger improvement. Shipping was fine, just a little slower than I expected, and setup was manageable. Overall, it’s not bad and I’m glad the water improved, but I’d say it’s more of an okay value than a great one.

"Pretty easy site for using"
I found the site simple to move around on, and the filters were actually helpful for finding stuff. Checkout went fine too, no real problems there. I just kind of wish some of the product pages had more clear info, because a few things I was not totally sure about.

"Support wasn’t really helpful"
I ran into a problem with my filter setup tech support didn’t help much. The replies took a while, and when they finally came through, they felt kind of rushed, like they maybe skimmed my message instead of actually reading it. I don’t know, maybe they were busy, but it was still annoying. I ended up messing around with it myself and figured out most of the issue on my own. The filter is working now, I guess, but the whole support experience was frustrating

"Didn’t hold up like I expected"
It worked fine in the beginning, so I thought it was going to be a solid buy. But after just a few months, the housing started showing wear, which was disappointing for the price. Maybe other people have had better luck with it, but for me, it didn’t feel like it lasted as long as it should have. It’s not completely useless, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again...

"Way too much for basic filter stuff"
The prices felt steep for what’s basically regular water filter gear with a “premium” hat on. Then shipping showed up like the little wallet gremlin it is and made the total feel even worse. The product worked fine, sure, but not enough to justify the price tag. Next time I’m definitely shopping around instead of feeding the overpriced-filter machine.

"Shipping was meh"
I ordered from Kleen Water and the product got here in good shape, so no real complaints there. Shipping just took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was kinda annoying. It wasn’t a bad experience, just average. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a hurry.

"Compatibility details could be clearer"
I ordered this filter after checking the info, but it ended up not fitting my setup the way I expected. Maybe I overlooked something, but I do think the compatibility details could be a lot clearer. Shipping was fine, it was just frustrating having to deal with the wrong part...

"Why is reordering so hard?"
Maybe it’s just me, but reordering something I’ve bought before should be way easier than this. I couldn’t find a simple reorder option anywhere, and it felt way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Didn’t really change what I needed it to"
I bought this hoping it would cut down the chlorine taste and maybe help with some metals in the water. After testing it, though, the results looked pretty much the same to me. It might work fine in other situations, I guess, but in my case it didn’t seem to do much, so it felt like I probably wasted my money.

"Water pressure took a hit"
After i installed the Kleenwater filter, my shower pressure dropped a lot. The kitchen sink is moving way slower now too. I really didn’t think it would make the whole house feel this weak. Disappointed, honestly.

"Box Showed Up Completely Crushed"
The filter arrived loose inside a smashed-up box, and the packing was terrible. I’ve already had to explain this more than once, which is frustrating because it was obvious the moment I opened it. Not a great experience.

My order was mostly fine, but I did end up with one wrong filter. Everything else was okay, though there was just something about it that made the mix-up a little frustrating.
